Each pouch holds 4.227 oz. (125ml) of life saving, pure WATER!  Datrex purifies the water, to eliminate contaminants, prior to packaging it in rugged polymer-foil pouches, to provide refreshing water with a 5 year shelf life.  

Why the tiny pouches?  Portion control, ease of measuring, and protection from loss and damage.  These survival water rations are immediately available for use with no need for filters or purification tablets.  The pouches are heavy enough to re-use for water collection, as an emergency occlusive dressing, or for storage of berries or other foraged foods.
